Why Work with McCreary Realty in Metro Atlanta – Cobb County Property Management

McCreary Realty Management is a professional real estate management company in Cobb County, serving northwest Atlanta. While we are licensed real estate agents, we do not sell property. We only advise in the leasing and management of single family homes and other small properties as well as HOAs. There are several things that make us unique.

Local Family Business

We are a multigenerational firm with family roots in Cobb County that go back to the 1800s. I am third generation in the family business and my daughter Bess is fourth generation. Our family of staff brings you over 70 years of experience in professional property management. Every member of our team is trained in classical real estate management policies and procedures and techniques. We take advantage of continuing education opportunities on a regular basis because we value this experience and we want to make sure we can bring the best professional management to all our properties.

Certification and Accreditation

Our company is certified by the Institute of Real Estate Management, which is the pre-eminent and longest operating property management designation, education and certification organization in the U.S. As an accredited organization, we’re one of just a small handful of companies whose primary portfolio is single family homes to have this designation. We’re also accredited business members of Atlanta’s BBB and we have their highest A+ rating.

Communication and Accessibility

Another unique thing about us is that we live answer our phones. When you call, you get a response from a human. There is no answering machine unless you’re calling before 9:00 and after 5:30.

We’ll ask you a lot of questions about your goals and objectives in owning your property. We want to make sure we match up as much as possible so that the procedures we have can help you.
