Company Awards

Accredited Management Organization® – Awarded by IREM®

The AMO accreditation is the only recognition of excellence given to real estate management firms. The requirements are now more relevant than ever to real estate managers, their clients, and the assets they manage. To earn the AMO accreditation, real estate management firms must now meet even more standards and abide by a new AMO Code of Professional Ethics - all based on Best Practices: Real Estate Management Service.

In 1990, the Institute of Real Estate Management® awarded McCreary Realty Management the prestigious designation, ACCREDITED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION® (AMO®). Fewer than 500 real estate management firms nationwide hold this honor. Our firm is only one of a handful of this number that manages single-family homes as their primary portfolio. We have become the market leaders in this niche of real estate management in Northwest Metro Atlanta.

In 2010, 2012, 2014, and most recently 2015, McCreary Realty Management received the IREM® Georgia Chapter AMO® of the Year Award!
