APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Each adult who will occupy the property must submit a complete application. Married couples must apply separately. Each spouse must submit complete application and pay an application fee.
The application fee is $50.00 per adult, per application.The application fee can be paid online through Google Checkout or in person at our office by money order or Visa/MasterCard. The application fee is non-refundable.
We cannot process your application until we receive the application fee.
FAX our Qualification Acknowledgement and Consent Agreement along with your two most recent pay stubs to 770-427-3955.
Fill out all the fields of Rental Application completely by clicking "Click here to fill Online Application button, then click “submit” at the bottom of the Application page.
In order to take the property “off the market”, after you have been approved you must submit to our office a completed Good Faith Agreement along with an amount equal to the Security Deposit as your Good Faith Deposit within 24 hours of your approval. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in your application being closed and the house being released to the next applicant.
The Good Faith Deposit IS NOT the Security Deposit. We will collect the Security Deposit from you at the time of the Lease closing. The entire Good Faith Deposit will be applied towards all amounts at the time of lease signing. Certified funds are required for all initial monies, including the Good Faith Deposit, Security Deposit, any Pet Deposit, and the First Month’s Rent.
