Teri was first with McCreary from 1984-1995 and rejoined our staff in 2000 after a sabbatical to be with her young family. Teri earned the Georgia Community Association Manager state license. Teri has over 25 Years experience in Real Estate Management and will be pursuing her certification as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) later this year, as designated by Community Associations Institute (CAI). Teri was recently promoted to the position of Office Accountant in addition to administrating the accounting activities for our Homeowners Association portfolio. Teri is an incredible asset to our firm and for our Clients & HOA's!

Megan joined the company in June of 2009 as a Property Manager and specialist in Marketing & Leasing.  She is a licensed REALTOR with experience in sales and marketing.  Megan holds a Bachelors Degree in both General and Special Education from Miami of Ohio, attributing to her efficient problem solving and organizational skills.  Megan is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Cobb Association of Realtors, and National Association of Residential Property Managers. Megan is a candidate for the Residential Management Professional (RMP®) designation with NARPM. Megan is a first-time recipient of the Top Achiever’s Club with 100% of the volume coming from Residential Leases!

Janet began working with us in 2006. She has years of prior office skills with a background in accounting and customer service and holds a degree in human resources. Janet is the Manager of our HOA department and has earned the Georgia Community Association Manager state license. In 2008, Janet earned the prestigious designation as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), as designated by Community Associations Institute (CAI). Janet recently completed the requirements for and has earned the designation of Association Management Specialist (AMS), from CAI as well. We are proud of Janet’s pursuit of these professional designations as they exemplify the commitment and excellence we desire from our staff!

Melanie has been with our firm since 2006 and she has several years of prior customer service experience to benefit our Homeowners Associations and their members. Melanie has earned the Georgia Community Association Manager state license and is a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI). Earlier in her career, Melanie also earned a certificate in Event Planning, which is a great benefit to our Communities in planning their Annual Meetings. Melanie is presently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree.

Nikki has been with us for 4 years and was promoted to the position of Community Association Manager in 2011. Nikki brings over 10 years of administrative assistance and customer service experience to our firm. Nikki has earned the Georgia Community Association Manager state license and is a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI). Nikki will use her excellent problem solving skills daily while directly interacting with the members of the Associations. She is enjoying her new position and is looking forward to a full year with the communities under her care.

Bess joined the company full time in 2010 in Leasing Administration and Online Marketing. Bess has been a part of the firm off and on for the past 11 years. She worked summers, vacations and most recently in Leasing HOA administration duties. She recently obtained her Real Estate Salesperson license and has been promoted to full time Leasing Agent/Assistant Property Manager. Bess is a trained actor/educator with a bachelor's degree in Theatre from Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah. When not working diligently for McCreary Realty, Bess is the Artistic Director of Family Programming for Epidemic Theatre in Smyrna, GA. Bess brings tons of personality and a surprisingly good sense of organization and attention to detail to her position.

Karen has recently joined the McCreary team as our Maintenance Coordinator. She holds a business administration degree in accounting from Georgia State University. Karen has over 10 years of accounting experience in the construction industry. She has previously worked for large commercial general contractors as an internal auditor and accounting manager. Karen's superior organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks enables her to efficiently deal with the daily demands of our property maintenance needs for our residents and owners. She is a welcome addition to our family!

Colleen joined the company as a full time Leasing Admin Assistant in 2010. Colleen has been a part of the firm off and on for the past 6 years. She worked summers and vacations assisting both HOA and Leasing during that time. She brings a great personality and a strong desire to help our clients and customers with their housing needs. Colleen is a professional photographer with a degree from North Georgia Tech in Clarksville and assists in the production of all property photos for the company in addition to her front desk duties. Colleen is experienced in wedding photography and enjoys working with brides and grooms on the weekends!

Robert (Bob) & Betty McCreary
Founders

Betty and Bob both worked in property leasing, management, and mortgage lending since 1960. Betty and Bob retired from the day-to-day activity with the firm in 1999 & 2002 respectively. While active, Bob was the first REALTOR in the history of the Cobb Association of REALTORS awarded the PHOENIX Award, recognizing 10 years of membership in the Million Dollar Club based solely on volume earned from leasing single-family houses. Bob was a REALTOR for over 40 years! Betty suffers from Parkinson’s Disease and lives in an Assisted Living home and enjoys time with her family and friends. Bob passed away after an extended illness on January 24, 2006. He is greatly missed.

Kelli Millwood – In Memoriam
Maintenance Coordinator, 2005-2009

Kelli was an employee of our firm for just over 4 years and died suddenly and unexpectedly on August 3, 2009. Kelli was a valuable employee and a real asset to our firm, our clients and our customers. She was always on top of the maintenance needs of our properties and could always be counted on to perform her duties with the utmost of care and professionalism. Kelli loved that she was able to share our office with her sister Melanie for her time with us. Most of all Kelli was a friend to us and to all who knew her. She was known for her quick wit, her larger than life smile & laughs and her love of NASCAR! Kelli is greatly missed each day.
