Renting directly from owners can be quite worrisome and unpredictable. Individual owners are not regulated as real estate brokers are, and the majority have no real property management experience or training. While renting a house directly from an individual owner may be a satisfactory experience, the odds of problems are great because typically they lack professional knowledge & experience as well as connections for timely repairs. As Georgia Licensed Real Estate Brokers, we have a legal obligation to uphold state landlord & tenant laws for the rights of all parties involved. When you review our online listings, you will see numerous quality color photos, detailed descriptions, and maps for each listing. The maps are interactive so that you can find properties in the specific areas you need to be in, as well as map out your commute to work and locate the schools, shopping and parks for your family.
We update our listings on a regular basis. Since we require 30-day notices from our residents to vacate, it is almost impossible to know for sure which might be available beyond that time frame. Properties in our inventory can move quite quickly, so time is always of the essence.
